                  Announces expansion into Guangdong province


London, Beijing, 10 September 2007: Sun 3C Media Plc ("Sun 3C", or "Company")
the Chinese mobile media services company listed on AIM (AIM: SCCC), is pleased
to announce that it has launched mobile top up payment services in the province
of Guangdong.

Guangdong is the single largest market for Chinese mobile users with 45 million
mobile subscribers, representing one sixth of the population in China.

The launch of the mobile top up payment service in Guangdong further strengthens
Sun 3C's strategy of rolling out the CEC Unet top up payment service brand. Sun
3C currently has access to 7 million mobile users through 40,000 retail outlets
in Henan province and aims to reach 60,000 retail outlets in China over 2007.


Commenting on the announcement, Mr Li Gang, CEO of Sun3C said:
