Granting of
Options
Quartix Technologies PLC (AIM: QTX), a leading
supplier of vehicle tracking systems, announces that on 13 May
2024, the Company granted 42,000 options over ordinary shares of 1
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") exercisable at the nominal share
price to Daniel Mendis, Commercial and Operations
Director.
This grant of options forms part of his
remuneration for 2024 and represents the only options Mr Mendis
holds. The grant is subject to performance conditions and
objectives on 5 key measures of business and financial performance
covering subscription pricing, net growth in annual recurring
revenue from new business, customer acquisition, free cash flow and
EBITDA.
The options vest in a single tranche in 2025,
to the extent that the conditions are met.
Mr Mendis currently holds 14,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company.
