Proposal for voluntary liquidation of the Company 
Intention to seek cancellation of admission to trading on AIM 
Intention to make third capital distribution 
 
As set out in the announcement of the final results for the year ended 31 
December 2009 released on 30 April 2010, since all of the Company's investments 
have now been sold and converted into cash, it is the Directors' intention to 
convene an extraordinary general meeting of the Company at which an ordinary 
resolution will be put to shareholders for the voluntary winding up of the 
Company and the appointment of a liquidator. In addition, the Company also 
intends to put to shareholders a resolution seeking the cancellation of 
admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares in accordance with 
the AIM Rules for Companies. 
 
Prior to the commencement of the liquidation, the Directors propose to make a 
third capital distribution to Shareholders.  An announcement will be made in due 
course providing details of the amount, the record date and the payment date of 
any such distribution. 
 
The circular to shareholders convening the extraordinary general meeting is 
expected to be posted to shareholders shortly. In advance of that, the Company 
would like to update shareholders with the expected timetable for the 
extraordinary general meeting and cancellation of the shares to trading on AIM.

Shareholders should be aware that trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 
suspended from 7.00a.m. on 17 June 2010, in advance of the EGM, as the Company 
would no longer be considered to be an appropriate company for AIM on the 
commencement of a liquidation process. If Cancellation is not approved but 
Shareholders approve the liquidation, trading of the Ordinary Shares would not 
be restored. 
No provision has been made for trading in the Ordinary Shares following 
Cancellation. Shareholders holding their Ordinary Shares in uncertificated form, 
that is in CREST, will receive share certificates which will serve as evidence 
of ownership of Ordinary Shares following Cancellation.
