The Company was notified on 23 July 2009 that as at 22 July 2009, Spearpoint 
Limited held within its nominee, Secure Nominees Limited, 3,376,660 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company, representing 6.95% of the Company's issued 
share capital. Of those shares, 3,194,360 (representing 6.57% of the Company's 
issued share capital) are held on behalf of Spearpoint Limited's customers on a 
discretionary managed basis.  Spearpoint Limited has a discretionary mandate 
over a further 1,200,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company 
(representing 2.47% of the Company's issued share capital) which are not 
registered in its nominee.
