                           Appointment of Directors

The directors are pleased to make the following announcements relating to
retirement and new appointments to the Board which were approved at a board
meeting held on 14 January 2015.

 1. The Board wishes to announce the retirement of Dr. Geoff Turner as the
    group CFO, however Dr.Turner will remain on the board as a non-executive
    director.

 2. Andrew Britton has been appointed as Director and Chief Financial Officer
    of the Company. Having held the position of Finance Director for a chain of
    retail chemists, Andrew has extensive experience in retail and
    pharmaceuticals. Andrew brings in many years of strategic and operational
    experience to the business. Andrew is entrepreneurial and talented in many
    areas of business practice.

 3. Dr. Simon Zokaie has been appointed as Director and Chief Medical Officer
    of the Company. Simon is a member of Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and
    a trained dermatologist. He practices cosmetic dermatology and offers his
    patients a variety of non and minimally invasive treatments to improve the
    appearance of skin by minimising visible effects of premature skin ageing.
    He is also the medical advisor for a global pharmaceutical company and key
    opinion leader to numerous cosmeceutical companies.

 4. Kevin Eley has been appointed as the new Sales director to the Board. Kevin
    has a wealth of experience gained in the field of medical sales for over 25
    years including seven years in the Aesthetic Industry. Kevin has held
    senior positions in Companies such as Abbott, Bioform, Merz, Aqtis Medical
    and Sinclair. He acclaims a very strong background in recruiting and
    training committed sales teams.

 5. Dr.Roger Dainty has been appointed as a non-executive director to the
    Board. Dr. Dainty had previously pursued a successful career within the NHS
    and academia at the University of Nottingham Medical School, working in the
    field of training in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry teaching and
    research. In December 2012, Dr.Dainty was awarded an MBE for services to
    scientific research and training in Queen's New Year's honours list. He has
    particular experience in the collection and storage of stem cells for
    medical use.
