                         Total Voting Rights in Company 
 
 
Limelight VCT announces that it was informed on 22 March 2010 that, as at that 
date, Mr Stuart Stradling, Chairman of the Company, has been appointed by one 
Shareholder as their proxy for the general meeting to be held on 24 March 2010. 
This, in addition to rights arising from his own shareholding, means that Mr 
Stradling will hold the voting rights over 200,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company. The total voting rights in the Company are 5,620,002 and accordingly Mr 
Stradlings percentage holding is 3.56%.
