The Legal & General Group Plc Share Bonus Plan 2004 (SBP)

On 7 May 2014 the Company received notification that shares had vested on 28 April 2014 and been released under the terms of the SBP, in respect of the Directors and PDMRs named below.

Shares vested and were sold on 28 April 2014 at a price of 206.15p per share except those for Mark Zinkula and James Atkins which vested and were sold at a price of 207.60p per share.
