EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT

provider, announces the following external board appointment in accordance with 
paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority: 
 
Eva Lindqvist, Non-executive Director of Keller, will be appointed to the Board 
of Tele2 AB with effect from 5 November 2018.  Due to the merger between Tele2 
AB and Com Hem Holding, Eva is no longer a Director of Com Hem Holding.
