Andrew Grant, Managing Director of the Company, has informed the Company that he has inherited 1,001,478 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for nil consideration pursuant to a distribution under the will of a recently deceased family member.  Following this distribution, Andrew Grant now holds 12,107,098 ordinary shares representing 27.0665 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (as it forms part of UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
