Shareholding
Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group
focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific
instrument sector announces that Lushani Kodituwakku and persons
closely associated with her, on 23 January 2025 purchased 1,655
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 7415 pence per share and on 24 January 2025 purchased 491
Ordinary Shares at a price of 7103 pence per share. Following this
transaction Lushani Kodituwakku's beneficial holding is now 2,471
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the total
issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
