The Board of IQ Holdings, the specialist business research company, is pleased 
to announce that all of the resolutions set out in the notice of General Meeting 
included in the Circular dated  24 December 2009, including that relating to the 
disposal of Viewpoint Field Services Limited and Rosslyn Research Limited, which 
constitutes a fundamental disposal under Rule 15 of the AIM Rules, cancellation 
of Share Premium Account, cancellation of Capital Redemption Reserve, reduction 
of Share Capital and change in Investing Policy, were duly passed at the General 
Meeting earlier today. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made when the date of Court hearing for the share 
capital reorganisation is known.
