                                  GM Statement 
 
India Star Energy plc ("the Company") announces that at the General Meeting held 
today all resolutions were duly passed. 
 
As a result, shareholders have approved the change of Company name to: 
 
              International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc 
 
The change of name will be effective once Companies House has issued a 
certificate of incorporation on change of name.  This is expected to occur on or 
around 17 September 2010.  The tradable instrument display mnemonic ("TIDM") of 
the Company is expected to change to IMIC with effect from 7 a.m. on 20 
September 2010.
