Director/PDMR Shareholding
Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity,
credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 5 April
2022 that Klaas van der Leest, CEO of the Company, purchased a
total of 104,700 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at
an average price of 48.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Klaas van der Leest is beneficially
interested in a total of 168,106 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
