Imaging Biometrics Ltd. provides clinical treatments to patients in the field of medical imaging diagnostics in the United Kingdom, China, the European Union, South America, Australia, and the United States. It operates through Holding Company, Medical Software, Oral Gallium Maltolate (GaM), and Organ-on-a-Chip segments. The company develops ready-to-use software applications comprising IB Neuro, an MRI perfusion platform that generates quantitative relative cerebral blood volume maps; IB Delta T1 maps, an image processing tool kit containing fundamental capabilities designed for routine use in medical imaging; IB Clinic platforms; and QSMetric, a quantitative susceptibility mapping solution. It also provides IB Nimble for collaborative discussions for any complex disease or emergent healthcare setting; IB Rad Tech, which automates and simplifies complex imaging tasks; IB Diffusion, which analyzes MR diffusion-weighted images; and IB DCE, which analyzes dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI images. In addition, the company offers IB arterial spin labeling (ASL), a software solution that enables non-invasive, quantitative measurement of cerebral blood flow using MRI; Liver Surface Nodularity (LSN), an imaging tool designed to non-invasively assess chronic liver disease using commonly acquired CT images; and StoneChecker, a medical software tool designed to aid clinical decision making by providing information about a patient’s kidney stone. Further, it provides fractional tumor burden (FTB) maps, a quantitative perfusion-based biomarker that distinguishes high-grade brain tumor from non-tumor on a voxel-wise basis; and Quasi Vivo, an organ-on-a-chip platform. Additionally, the company develops oral GaM, which has completed a Phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of glioblastoma. The company was formerly known as IQ-AI Limited and changed its name to Imaging Biometrics Ltd. in May 2025. Imaging Biometrics Ltd. was incorporated in 1965 and is based in Saint Helier, Jersey.
