    PDMR Shareholding


    The Company was notified on 17th September 2008 that, Rod Stewart, a PDMR, acquired 10,700 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder on that
day, following the exercise of nil cost options granted to him under the Hyder Consulting PLC 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan. The Company has
been notified that these shares were sold today at 307.5p per share. Following these transactions, Mr Stewart holds 18,984 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 0.0503% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
