               HYDER CONSULTING PLC ("Hyder Consulting" or the "Company")

                               PDMR NOTIFICATIONS

Further to the Company's earlier announcement and in response to institutional
demand for shares in the Company, various Directors and management shareholders
have agreed to dispose of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. The
disposal will further increase liquidity in the Company's ordinary share capital
by broadening the institutional shareholder base.


The Company has today received notifications under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules from each of the persons detailed below of their sale of the
number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') indicated against
their name, at a price of 413 pence per share:
