                NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS ON BEHALF OF PDMRs



The Company has received notification from Hill Samuel Offshore Trust Company
Limited ("the Trustee"), the trustee of the Hyder Consulting PLC Employee
Benefit Trust, that the Trustee acquired via market purchases on Tuesday 19 June
2007, 53,000 ordinary shares at a price of 559.99 pence per share. The purchase
was made in order to be able to partly satisfy awards made under the Hyder
Consulting PLC 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan, including awards previously
notified on 18 June 2007. Following the purchase, the Trustee is interested in
130,170 ordinary shares which represents 0.36% of the ordinary issued share
capital. The persons discharging managerial responsibility who are interested in
certain of the ordinary shares held by the Trustee are Mr G Nickel (Regional
Managing Director, Germany), Mr S Porter (Regional Managing, Hong Kong/China)
and Mr R Stewart (Regional Managing Director, Middle East).
