Hyder Consulting today received notification from JP Morgan Chase & Co ("JPMCC") 
of 270 Park Avenue New York NY 10017 dated 10 April 2006 that the aggregated 
interest of JPMCC in the share capital of Hyder Consulting has increased to 
10.13%.  This is a result of its subsidiary, JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) 
Limited, increasing its interests in the Company.
