The Company was notified today by Fidelity Investments, that FMR Corp. and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd, a principal
Shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited, have a notifiable
interest in 16,663,348 shares, representing 11.45% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share Capital.
