GALLEON HOLDINGS PLC: ACQUISITON OF CROCO WORLDWIDE SOURCING LTD



Galleon Holdings Plc ("Galleon" or "the Group"), the AIM listed cross media
company, announces the acquisition of the entire share capital of Croco
Worldwide Sourcing Limited ("Croco"), a UK Premium and Promotions company, for a
consideration of 75 million Galleon shares at par (1 pence).


Croco's unique strength is the creation and innovation of new promotions using
existing licensed, patented and branded merchandise for clients such as
Coca-Cola , Gillette, Nestle, Burger King and Kelloggs.


Jan Fabius, Croco's Managing Director, said, " I am very excited by the prospect
of being part of Galleon Holdings plc. Their growing Intellectual Property
Rights portfolio is becoming increasingly attractive to our client list. The
promotions and premiums that we are putting together under the Croco banner will
be significantly enhanced by the depth of the Galleon catalogue. This has been
one of the most exciting months for Croco with the signing of the Galleon
transaction and three contract gains with Coca-Cola for promotions in Hungary,
Czech Republic and Estonia."

household brands. He has elected to be paid by way of Galleon shares, which is a
further vote of confidence in the group's strategy of building a strong IPR
base."


This transaction will give Jan Fabius 4.4% of the share capital as enlarged by
the transaction.
