GALLEON HOLDINGS ESTABLISHES RIGHTS REPRESENTATION SUBSIDIARY CLIPPER MEDIA 
LIMITED

Ex-Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures and TV-Loonland Head of Licensing to Lead
New, Wholly-Owned Subsidiary


Galleon Holdings plc ("Galleon" or "the Group"), the AIM-quoted cross-media
company, announces the formation of a rights' representation subsidiary, Clipper
Media Limited. The new company will immediately take over the rights of
Galleon's animation properties as well as representing a number of independent
properties.

Clipper will be headed by John Knox, an expert in international IP
representation who has worked for both Paramount and Warner Brothers in senior
licensing roles.

"This development gives Galleon the expertise, resources and structure fully to
exploit the potential of the intellectual properties within the Group," explains
Jim Driscoll MBE, Chairman of Galleon. "The properties owned by the Group,
chiefly PC Pepper, The Cornish Riviera Pasties and Astro Knights, offer
tremendous potential in terms of broadcast and merchandising opportunities.
These opportunities will be now be managed by a professional team with a proven
track record of success. There is also significant potential to grow the company
through representing external clients, and we will be making a number of
announcements in the near future."
