Geiger Counter Limited announces
that on 10 June 2024, it purchased 220,000 ordinary shares of no
par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of
50.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
All Ordinary Shares repurchased by
the Company under its share repurchase programme are to be held in
Treasury. In total, since the Annual General Meeting on 9 March
2023 the Company has repurchased 10,469,543 Ordinary
Shares.
Following the purchase, the Company
has 142,199,804 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue plus
10,474,445 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
