Ferrexpo PLC (FXPO.LN), said Thursday that it has appointed Jason Keys as Chief Marketing Officer, and said he joins from BHP Billiton PLC (BHP) where he is currently Global Marketing Manager for Iron Ore.

-Shares closed Wednesday at GBP3.83, valuing the company at GBP2.25 billion.
