The Company announces that 133,109 A ordinary shares of 40p each were purchased today for holding in Treasury at a gross price of £10.00 per share.

Following this transaction, the number of A ordinary shares of 40p in issue is 33,548,879 of which 1,255,987 (3.74%) are held in treasury.
