Freeserve plc today announces that Energis Holdings are subscribing to a
further 5,071,487 Freeserve plc shares at the Initial Public Offering price of
#1.50 per share for a total consideration of #7.6 million.

The shares represent 0.5 per cent of the issued share capital of Freeserve plc
and take Energis Holdings' interest in Freeserve to approximately 2.2 per
cent.
