         Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
                            
     Strategic Alliance with Freeserve plc endorsed
                            
NetCall,   the  leading  provider  of  Internet  customer
response  services, is pleased to announce  that  at  its
Extraordinary  General  Meeting  held  today,   all   the
resolutions to approve the issue of 2.5 million shares in
the  Company  to Freeserve Investments Limited  for  #4.5
million were duly passed.

Since  agreeing  the  terms of their strategic  alliance,
NetCall and Freeserve plc ('Freeserve') have been working
closely together to establish the most effective means of
providing   NetCall's  Hyperphone  Link   technology   to
Freeserve's  existing  1.9  million  registered  members.
Discussions have also been taking place with  a  view  to
effecting  a swift and seamless integration of  NetCall's
suite  of  products into Freeserve's Business Portal  and
Store Builder Solution.

Jeffrey Rubins, Chairman of NetCall, said today:

clear  from  the initial work we have done together  that
the   access  we  are  gaining  to  Freeserve's  members,
