update
Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc,
the AIM quoted UK, Ireland and West Africa focused oil and gas
exploration, development and production company, announces that it
does not intend to apply to the North Sea Transition Authority for
an extension to the Serenity licence, which is due to expire on 30
September 2024. As a result, the incurred costs associated with
Serenity that the Company has capitalised on its balance sheet will
be written off.
The information contained within
this announcement is deemed to constitute inside information as

by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The
