Holdings in Company 
 
 
The Company announces that, subsequent to the completion of the placing 
announced on 12 March 2009, it received the following notifications on 15 April 
2009: 
 
 
As at 7 April 2009, Invesco Limited had an indirect interest in 1,205,000 
ordinary shares in Enfis  representing 8.04% of the total voting rights of the 
Company. 
 
 
As at 7 April 2009, Invesco Perpetual AIM VCT Trust had an indirect interest in 
480,000 ordinary shares in Enfis representing 3.20% of the total voting rights 
of the Company. 
 
 
As at 7 April 2009, Artemis Investment Management Limited had a direct interest 
in 1,090,000 ordinary shares in Enfis representing 7.27% of the total voting 
rights of the Company. These ordinary shares are held on behalf of Artemis VCT 
plc. 
 
 
The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue is 14,982,863. The 
ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
