    Distribution Agreement

    Endeavors, the pioneer in application screening and virtualization technology, is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement for
the Application Jukebox with Business, Communications and Technologies ("BCT Group"). The Application Jukebox is responsible for streaming
various software applications directly to a user's computer. In this way, any user, anywhere in the world can use any application on any
computer.

BCT Group is a leading provider of IT consulting and managed services to organisations in Russia and outlying states. Many Russian
organisations are now starting to evaluate Citrix and other solutions to deliver and manage applications. This agreement provides the local
knowledge and distribution channels that will enable Endeavors and the Application Jukebox to capitalize on this emerging market.

    The Directors are confident this agreement is cash generative and will result in a significant revenue increase in the future. The
initial sales and marketing activities with BCT Group have been extremely encouraging.
