EGM Adjourned

European Convergence Property Company Limited (the "Company") announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") scheduled for today at 10am was adjourned until further notice.

The Manager has entered into negotiations with the senior lender to European Convergence Property Company Bulgaria EOOD, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which holds the Group's one remaining property, Mall Veliko Turnovo. As part of these negotiations, the lender has requested that the Group's AIM listing be maintained. The Manager therefore recommended to the Board that the resolution regarding the cancellation of the Company's admission to trading on AIM, is deferred for an initial period of three months with the condition that the lender covers the ongoing costs associated with the listing during this period.

In the light of this recommendation the Chairman has agreed to adjourn the EGM whilst the negotiations continue.

Proxies which were properly deposited for today's EGM remain valid for the adjourned meeting.

Shareholders will be sent further information and instructions in due course regarding the adjourned EGM.
