                              Holding in Company                               

The Company has become aware that Close Horizons Limited ("Close Horizons"),
which previously notified that it held 24,833,333 ordinary shares, equivalent
to 6.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, actually holds
36,833,333 ordinary shares, equivalent to 9.21 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. Close Horizons is considered to be acting in concert
with Surrenda-Link Limited ("Surrenda-Link") for the purpose of the Code on
Takeovers and Mergers. The shareholdings of the concert party are:
