Defenx Plc (AIM: DFX), the cyber-security software group, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 31 October 2018 at the offices of Trowers & Hamlins at 3 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YZ.

The notice of AGM and form of proxy, together with the Company's annual report and accounts to those shareholders who have requested printed copies, are being posted to shareholders today.
