COE Group Plc (the Company) announces the results of voting on the resolutions 
at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Friday 23 January 2009. 
 
 
Resolutions 1 to 6 (inclusive) were passed on a show of hands as ordinary 
resolutions and resolutions 7 and 8 were passed on a show of hands as special 
resolutions.
