Multiple new distribution agreements for Cambria investment
Millchem Holdings
Cambria Africa plc, the Southern Africa focussed investment
company, announces progress in one of its core subsidiaries,
Millchem, which has received several key regional supply and
distribution agreements. These agreements mark significant further
progress for Millchem, the first accredited "Responsible
Distribution" * company in Africa, which recently made its entries
into Zambia and Malawi.
Cambria is pleased to confirm that Millchem is now:
-- Distributor for Sealed Air Corporation in Malawi for its
well-known Diversey Care range of sustainable cleaning, sanitation
and hygiene solutions. Sealed Air Corporation is the global leader
in food safety and security, facilities hygiene, and product
protection.
-- Exclusive distributor for MEKZ Limited in Zimbabwe, Zambia,
Malawi, Namibia and Botswana. London based chemicals trader MEKZ
Limited specialises in supply to Africa and has built up a leading
position in the paints and coatings market in a large number of
countries. As a result, Millchem will now be exclusively bringing
products such as Crystal Titanium Dioxide, Shin-Etsu Tylose and
Eagle Alkyds into these Southern African countries.
-- Exclusive distributor for Centlube in Zimbabwe, Zambia and
Malawi. Centlube is the exclusive South African manufacturer and
distributor of a diverse range of oil and lubricating wares of
ENI/AGIP products in South Africa authorised by ENI SpA. The main
target market for Millchem for AGIP lubricants are heavy equipment
and the mining industry.
-- Exclusive distributor for Donau Carbon Corporation in
Southern Africa. Donau Carbon Corporation is one of the global
leaders in the activated carbon business, an environmentally
friendly and recyclable product with applications in many different
industries, including mining and industrial cleaning.

Malawi for these products, will significantly reduce the complexity

several weeks to 48 hours.
