Mazoon Assets Company SAOC (the "Company")

The following Pricing Supplement has been published by the Company:

Pricing Supplement dated 12 February 2024 (the "Pricing Supplement") for the U.S.$500,000,000 Trust Certificates due 2029 (the "Certificates") issued under the Trust Certificate Issuance Programme of the Company (the "Programme").

The Pricing Supplement contains the final terms of the Certificates and must be read in conjunction with the Base Offering Circular dated 5 February 2024 relating to the Programme (the "Admission Particulars") which constitutes admission particulars for the purposes of admission to trading of the Certificates on the London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market. The offer of the Certificates is only available on the basis of the combination of the Pricing Supplement and the Admission Particulars.
