Barclays PLC has advised the Company that as at 29 May 2007, and as a result of
an acquisition of voting rights, it had an interest (through legal entities
Barclays Stockbrokers Limited and Gerrard Limited) in 6,984,636 shares,
representing 14.10% of the total voting rights attaching to shares in the
Company.
