First Day of Dealings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

Further to the Company's announcement of 12 August 2021, Amiad (TASE: AMD; AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that the Company's Ordinary Shares commenced trading today on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE") under the symbols 'AMD' and ' '. Amiad has not issued any new Ordinary Shares in connection with the listing on TASE.

Accordingly, the cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will become effective at 7.00am BST on 26 August 2021.
