                    Strategic Review Update and Board Change


The Board of Alpha Airports Group plc ("Alpha") announces that, as part of its
ongoing review of the Group's strategy, it has concluded that the structure of
Alpha's operations will be reorganised in order to better align the business
with the needs of its customers.



The previously separate central commercial team is to be integrated into, and
report directly to, the Group's two operating divisions.  This will ensure that
Alpha Retail Services and Alpha Airline Services will have their own commercial
functions including buying, food development, merchandise management and
marketing services.



As a result of the restructuring, David King will be stepping down from the
Board as Group Commercial Director with immediate effect.



Peter Williams, Chief Executive and Chairman, commented:



"This restructuring will bring far greater focus and clarity to our two
operational divisions and is a further step in building a solid platform for our
future growth.



"We are very grateful to David who has brought a wealth of experience over the
six years that he has been working for Alpha.  He is a well-known and respected
