RHP Group's 2020/21 Annual Report and Financial Statements Published

We have now published our 2020/21 annual report and financial statements. Key highlights include:

   --      Operating surplus of GBP19m 
   --      We delivered 60 new affordable homes. 
   --      GBP19m was invested by us to maintain and improve our existing homes. 
   --      A+ (stable) credit rating from Standard and Poor's affirmed 
   --      Won Investors In People Platinum award for the second time

These consolidated financial statements include RHP Ltd, Co-op Homes (South) Ltd, RHP Finance PLC, RHP Develop Ltd and RHP Property Ltd.
