NIE Finance Plc today announces that it has elected the United Kingdom as its Home Member State for the purposes of Article 2.1(i)(ii) of the Transparency Directive (Directive 2004/109/EC, as amended, including by Directive 2013/50/EU) and is disclosing such election in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 6.4.2).
