Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes contained in the trust deed dated 30 March 2016 and entered into between Molineux RMBS 2016-1 Plc (the "Issuer") and Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (the "Trustee").

Notice is hereby provided by the Issuer that, in accordance with the terms of a mortgage loan repurchase agreement entered into by the Issuer and Bank of Scotland Plc on 29 August 2024, the Issuer has sold all Mortgage Loans in the Mortgage Portfolio to Bank of Scotland Plc. The Issuer has also entered into a deed of release and termination dated 29 August 2024, pursuant to which it has agreed to redeem the Notes in full on 18 September 2024 (the "Deed of Release and Termination").
