In direct investments, the fund prefers to invest with its partner fund or as pre-IPO financings in the form of convertible loans. The fund prefers to invest in mid venture, late venture, middle market, early stage, developmental stage, management buyouts, management buyins, succession issues, bridge financings, spin-offs, distressed situations, turnaround and mature companies. The fund also considers participation in PIPES. It prefers to invest in private equity funds and companies active in the European Developed Markets, with a particular focus on Switzerland, Germany, France and United Kingdom, as well as, Central and Eastern Europe, Israel and the United States.
