It also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Gator Property, which includes 160 mining claims covering 3,306 acres located in Pershing and Lander Counties, Nevada. The company was formerly known as Supreme Critical Metals Inc. and changed its name to Maverick Gold and Silver Corporation in March 2026.
