Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE:
ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on
commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, is
pleased to update shareholders on the following
transaction.
The Company has completed the sale
of Egerton Park service station, Leicester Road, Melton Mowbray for
a consideration of £2,750,000. The property was purchased in July
2023 at a price of £2,744,852 (excluding costs). The sale was
undertaken in order to increase cash reserves.
Ismail Ghandour, CEO, commented, "Taking account of current
market sentiment, this sale at original purchase price highlights
the underlying strength in our portfolio. By increasing our cash
reserves, we are in a strong position for taking advantage of any
future investment opportunities that may arise."
