Volt Information Sciences, Inc., a global provider of talent, technology and consulting solutions, announced that three professionals from its corporate leadership team have been named to the 2011 Practitioner “Pros to Know” list by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine. This is the magazine's 11th annual listing of Pros to Know in the Supply Chain Industry.

The Practitioner Pros to Know list comprises exceptional corporate executives at manufacturing and non-manufacturing enterprises who are leading initiatives to help prepare their companies' supply chains for the significant challenges in the year ahead.

Ms. Damrow was named a Pro to Know for implementing a series of global initiatives for quality improvement, which include establishing a Quality Council of Volt’s global quality leaders, driving the Company to mirror suppliers’ quality and audit control standards within Volt’s business units, and a unified Business Process Excellence benchmarking system for prioritized continual improvement. Collectively, Ms. Damrow’s initiatives proactively drive compliance, manage risk and achieve alignment with the goals of Volt’s dispersed network of external suppliers.

Vice President of Diversity Solutions, Hae Sebes, is recognized for her diversity initiatives, which have enabled the Company to build levels of inclusion and access of diversity suppliers to Volt’s procurement process, identify and engage new and innovative diversity partners, and leverage the strengths of diversity partners to meet client spend goals, both Tier 1 and Tier 2.

Joanne Roth, Vice President of Procurement (CPO) and Enterprise PMO, is Volt’s third honoree. Ms. Roth was named a Pro to Know for her strategy of building seamless collaboration across Volt’s diverse business units and center-led procurement organization to achieve optimum cost efficiencies across the Company’s supply chain.
