                           SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATIONS


The Company has been informed that Robin Jones and Andrew Flatt, former
directors of the Company, have purchased 57,285 ordinary shares of 10p each and
57,000 ordinary shares of 10p each respectively. Both purchases were made at 35p
per share and were completed on 12 September 2003.

As a result of these purchases, Robin Jones now holds 392,185 ordinary shares
representing 8.63 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital
(4,544,900 ordinary shares of 10p each) and Andrew Flatt now holds 318,000
ordinary shares representing 6.99 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
