Heartland Partners, L.P. Files for Extension of Form 10-K Filing Date CHICAGO, March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heartland Partners, L.P. (AMEX:HTL) today announced that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an automatic extension of 15 calendar days to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2004. The Company anticipates filing its annual report on Form 10-K and issuing a year end results release on or before April 15, 2005. Management noted that the extension was necessary because of a delay in the completing its financial statements.
