coffeeheaven international plc, the AIM-listed speciality coffee bar business
based in central Europe, which recently announced a positive trading update for
the 12 months to 31 March 2007, has completed a new fund raising amounting to
#3.89 million (before expenses) with institutional investors at 41 pence per
share.

Commenting on the placing Richard Worthington, Executive Chairman said:

coffeeheaven now commands sector leadership in both the Polish and Czech markets
and we will continue to build on this success in these and other central
European markets.

coffeeheaven's brand strength together with the strong macro economic picture in
central Europe, supports a robust development program. The recent fund raising,
together with current cash flows and resources, means we now have the debt free
capacity to invest some USD $20 million over the next two to three years in
central Europe in new stores and support infrastructure.
