Add-on Exchange Inc. and GoIP Global, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GOIG) today announced that in their joint efforts in Cloud and Mobile technology they have acquired the domains of GOBOX and the rights to the GOBOX registered trademark. The seller, Benjamin Rodefer, a former New Mexico State Representative and long-time entrepreneur, sold the assets for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock. Mr. Rodefer founded GOBOX Software in 2002 and the company created an innovative search tool that won wide acclaim, including from the New York Times and PC Magazine.

"The branding of GOBOX aligns perfectly with our new cloud product and service, long-term strategy and most importantly our cooperative spirit with GoIP Global," states Add-on Exchange CEO John Rafuse. "We will be releasing an advanced new GOBOX soon. It will be the luxury version of Cloud Storage and Sharing, and constitute the most effective and advanced vision of what we believe can be done with cloud monetization that builds out all of our previous products and pending patent applications."

The advanced GOBOX will offer 20GB of free cloud storage synchronized with your desktop, laptop, phone, and other mobile devices. It will have several refinements over existing services that further efficiency and functionality, and provide individuals and businesses increased freedom for sharing and saving information.

"After almost two years of dialogue and negotiations, I'm extremely pleased and excited to help facilitate this deal," commented Ike H. Sutton, CEO of GoIP Global. "Add-on Exchange's technology lines up entirely with our mobile branding. It also gives GoIP Global access to a second stellar product -- in addition to our flagship service GO800 -- that both participates in and helps shape the mobile revolution.
