FOI Foccini International

Foccini International Inc. (the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:FOI) announces it has
submitted a change of business/reverse takeover application ("Transaction") to
the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and pursuant to TSXV Policy 5.2 - Changes
of Business and Reverse Takeovers. Further details regarding the Transaction
will be disclosed to the market as they become available.


On September 18, the Company announced in a press release it is exercising its
option to purchase 100% ownership of Arch Biotech Inc. (the "Option"), a private
company specializing in biomedical technology and drug development. The general
terms of the Option were previously disclosed to the market on May 6, 2009.


A general description of Arch and the terms of the Transaction, including, among
other things, financing plans, sponsor and Arch financial information, were
previously disclosed to the market in a news release on June 30, 2009.


The Company has 26,371,179 common shares outstanding.

Completion of the Transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including
Exchange acceptance and disinterested Shareholder approval. The Transaction
